VALUE FAX PROGRAM
Our Value Fax Program was initially started when our bank customers needed a quick liquidation value for a piece of equipment during their loan process. We developed the Value Fax as a means to give them what they wanted quickly at a minimum cost. This was before internet, email or the cloud were available, hence the name Value Fax. All of these quick values were asked for and delivered the fastest way possible at that time – facsimile machines. Originally, we received one or two requests a week and now, we are processing several each day. We are also receiving more and more by email as well as by fax.
The type of equipment that can be handled by a Value Fax report is:
The Value Fax program is designed for handling up to six (6) pieces of equipment quickly. If you have something that you think might work with this program, give us a call and let us check on it for you. Keeping the equipment to the types listed above will assure speedy turn around and keep costs low. Our fee for the Value Fax service is $35.00 for up to two (2) pieces of equipment, per page submitted. If your customer needs values for five (5) items, you would need to submit three (3) pages showing the information on each piece and the charge would be $105.00.
If you have more than six (6) items, we offer our Standard Desktop Appraisal which is handled in house, without an inspection of the equipment. Or, if you want more detailed information, try our Standard On-Site Appraisal where we go to your customer’s location and physically inspect each piece of equipment. Please call for a quote for either of these types of appraisals.
Recently, we asked our banking customers what would make this program easier for them to use and the number one request was for an online form that they could complete and submit without having to print the blank form, complete by hand and then either scan and fax or email the document to us. So, we have created our Online Value Fax form. This is the same program and virtually the same form that you have used in the past, but you can now click the link below and bring up the form, complete it online and print for your records then click on Submit and the form will automatically be sent to us. You will get a confirmation email as well.
You also asked for both Orderly Liquidation Values and Auction Liquidation Values on this report. We are now able to give you both values for each item for the same low price as our previous Value Fax. This will automatically be included when you use the online form.
